Gluten-free Tortillas = Tortilje bez glutena
Tortilje bez glutena s niskim udjelom ugljikohidrata, malo kalorija i puno vlakana. Jednostavne za napraviti, fine, meke i elastične - savršene su za pripremu raznih jela.
Recept
za 6 tortilja
60 g fino mljevenog kokosovog brašna
2 jaja
1/2 žl maslinovog ulja
2 žl psyllium ljuskica
2 dcl vode

Sve sastojke staviti u zdjelu i dobro promiješati vilicom dok se ne sjedine. Ostaviti nekoliko minuta da odstoji, a zatim po potrebi dodati još vode kako bi smjesa bila kompaktna, ali ne pregusta.
Smjesu ravnomjerno nanijeti, žlicom ili špatulom, u tankom sloju na protvan obložen papirom za pečenje. Meni su bila potrebna 2 protvana kako bi stalo svih 6 tortilja, 3 na svaki. Staviti tortilje da se peku u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180°C oko 15-ak dok 20 minuta, ili dok im rubovi ne dobiju zlaćanu boju. Tortlje tada izvaditi iz pećnice, pustiti da se ohlade, a zatim polako odlijepiti od papira za pečenje. Servirati uz omiljene umake, meso i/ili povrće.

Gluten-free Tortillas
Low-carb, low-cal, gluten-free and with lots of fiber. Simple, tasty, soft and elastic - perfect for preparing various dishes.
Recipe
yields 6 tortillas
60 g coconut flour
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp psyllium husks
2 dcl water
a pinch od himalayan salt, seasonings (optional)
Mix all the ingredients and leave it to set for a few minutes. Add more water if needed - the dough should be compact but not too thick.
Spread the dough with a spoon or spatula onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. For 6 small tortillas you'll need 2 baking tins. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. When done, leave to cool, then peel carefully of of the baking paper. Serve the tortillas with favourite sauces, meat and/or fresh veggies.
