Zero Carb Pancakes = Palačinke bez ugljikohidrata
Fine palačinke bez glutena, šećera i mliječnih proizvoda, napravljene od samo 3 sastojka! Osim toga, ove palačinke imaju više vlakana nego ugljikohidrata i samo 61 kaloriju, što znači da u njima bez razmišljanja mogu uživati i dijabetičari.
Recept
za 6 debljih palačinki
40 g fino mljevenog kokosovog brašna
3 jaja
2 dcl bademovog mlijeka
prstohvat himalajske soli (po želji)

Pomiješati sve sastojke i ostaviti da odstoji par minuta. Smjesa treba biti malo gušća od strandardne smjese za palačinke (prikazano na slici ispod).
Palačinke peći na zagrijanoj teflonskoj tavi na laganoj vatri. Okrenuti palačinku kada iz nje ispari sva vlaga (prikazano na slici iznad). Gotove palačinke upotpuniti svježim bobicama ili nadjevom po želji, ili jesti takve kakve jesu (jako fine).

Zero Carb Pancakes
Recipe
yields 6 pancakes
40 g coconut flour
3 eggs
2 dcl almond milk
a pinch od himalayan salt (optional)
Mix all the ingredients and leave it to set for a few minutes. The batter should be slightly thicker than the usual pancake batter (as pictured above).
Cook the pancake batter on a heated non-stick pan on medium heat. Turn over when as pcitured above. When done, complete the pancakes with fresh berries or a spread of choice, or eat them as they are (delicious).
