Gluten-free Chocolate Cake = Čokoladni kolač bez glutena

Ekstra čokoladni kolač gotov za par minuta, napravljen od svega nekoliko sastojaka, bez glutena i bez dodatka šećera. Koliko će kolač biti sladak, ovisi o čokoladi koju odaberete, a moja je preporuka čokolada s barem 70% kakaa.

1 jaje
10 g kokosovog brašna
1 čžl praška za pecivo
prstohvat soli
100 g tamne čokolade
15 ml kokosovog ulja

Postupak
U zdjelici otopiti čokoladu s kokosovim uljem (na pari ili u mikrovalnoj pećnici). Nakon što se malo ohladi umiješati žumanjak, a potom i bjelanjak te dodati kokosovo brašno pomiješano s praškom za pecivo i soli. Dobro promiješati i prebaciti u jednu veću ili dvije manje nauljene vatrostalne zdjelice. Peći 2-3 minute u mikrovalnoj pećnici podešenoj na najjače. Servirati toplo u zdjelicama ili ohladiti i preokrenuti na tanjuriće. Odlično se slaže s kiselim vrhnjem, preljevom od jogurta, kremom od kokosa, sladoledom od vanilije ili šlagom!

10 g coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
100 g dark chocolate
15 ml coconut oil

Instructions
In a small bowl melt chocolate and coconut oil then set aside to cool slightly. Mix in egg yolk, then egg white and then add coconut flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well, transfer into 2 smaller ramekins (or 1 larger) and microwave on highest setting for 2-3 minutes. Serve warm in ramekins or let cool and plate. Goes extremely well with sour cream, ice cream, whipped cream, coconut cream or yoghurt!
