LCHF Poppy Cake with Blueberries = LCHF kolač od maka s borovnicama

Mak je jedna od onih namirnica koje ljudi ili obožavaju ili ne podnose. Ako ga volite, you're in for a treat! U nastavku slijedi jednostavan recept za nevjerojatno sočan kolač od maka i chia sjemenki s borovnicama, bez mliječnih proizvoda, glutena i dodanog šećera. Sjeme maka je izuzetno bogato nezasićenim masnim kiselinama, posebno Omega 3 i 6. Sadrži mnoštvo minerala, ponajprije joda, mangana, magnezija, cinka, kalija i bakra, a bogat je i vitaminima B skupine. Zato, ljubitelji maka, upalite pećnicu odmah i za 35 minuta uživajte u odličnom kolačiću.


Recept

za 16 osoba

180 g mljevenog maka
20 g kokosovog brašna
40 g mljevenih chia sjemenki
1 čžl praška za pecivo
korica 1 limuna
1 dcl kokosovog ulja
1 dcl vode
4 jaja
100 g borovnica
sjemenke Bourbon vanilije
stevija


Sve suhe sastojke, izuzev borovnica, staviti u veću zdjelu i promiješati ih. Dodati im sve mokre sastojke, zasladiti po želji stevijom i dobro promiješati, a zatim umiješati i borovnice. 


Smjesu prebaciti u kalup za pečenje obložen papirom za pečenje i peći 30 minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 °C. Nakon pečenja ohlađeni kolač dekorirati po želji, preliti čokoladom, premazati džemom ili maslacem, ili konzumirati takvog kakav je, mirisnog i sočnog.

Poppy seed is one of those foods that people love or can't stand the taste of. If you like it, you're in for a treat! Here's a simple recipe for an incredibly moist poppy cake with chia seeds and blueberries, without any dairy products, gluten or added sugar. Poppy seed is extremely rich in unsaturated fatty acids, especially Omega 3 and 6. It contains many minerals, such as iodine, manganese, magnesium, zinc, potassium and copper, and is rich in B vitamins. So, poppy fans, turn on the oven immediately and in 35 minutes dig in this amazing cake.

Recipe

Serves 16

180 g ground poppy seeds 
20 g coconut flour 
40 g ground chia seeds 
1 tsp baking powder 
zest of 1 lemon 
1 dcl coconut oil 
1 dcl water 
4 eggs 
100 g blueberries 
Bourbon vanilla seeds 
stevia

In a large bowl put all of the dry ingredients, except for blueberries, and stir well. Add all of the wet ingredients, sweeten with stevia to taste and stir well, then fold in blueberries.

Transfer the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes in a oven preheated to 180 °C. Let cool and decorate the cake as desired - coat it with chocolate, dress with jam or butter, or eat it as it is, juicy and aromatic.
