Ideja za brzi osvježavajući ručak (ili večeru), krcat proteinima i zdravim Omega 3 i 9 masnim kiselinama. Slatko-slanu kombinaciju dimljenog lososa i dinje odlično nadopunjuje gorkasto maslinovo ulje i lagani kremasti sir začinjen kajenskim paprom i mladim lukom.

50 g dimljenog lososa
100 g dinje
100 g svježeg posnog sira
1/2 žl ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja
malo mladog luka
malo sjemenki (sezam/pinjoli/sjemenke bundeve/suncokreta...)

Na krišku dinje posložiti komade dimljenog lososa. U posni sir umiješati sitno sjeckani mladi luk te prema ukusu začiniti solju, paprom i kajenskim paprom. Servirati na tanjur i sve začiniti maslinovim uljem i sjemenkama tostiranim na suhoj tavi.

Smoked Salmon with Melon and Cheese
An idea for a quick and refreshing lunch (or dinner) packed with proteins and healthy Omega 3 and 9 fatty acids. Sweet and savory flavors of melon and smoked salmon are nicely balanced with bitterness of olive oil and creamy and light, yet spicy cottage cheese.
Recipe
serves 1
50 g smoked salmon
100 g melon
100 g low fat cottage cheese
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
spring onions
various seeds (sesame / pine nuts / pumpkin seeds / sunflower seeds ...)
garlic powder
salt
pepper
cayenne pepper
Put salmon slices on top of a melon wedge. Mix cottage cheese with finely sliced spring onions and garlic powder, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste. Plate, then finish off with olive oil and toasted seeds.
