Protein Fruit Mousse = Voćni proteinski mousse

Voćni mousse od jagoda i aronije s dodatkom višanja i trešanja, bez dodatka želatine, šećera, glutena, bojila i aroma, koji će vas opskrbiti proteinima i vlaknima.

Recept

za 2 osobe

100 g smrznutih jagoda
1 žl psylliuma
2 čžl sjemenki lana
1 čžl cimeta
100 ml 100% soka od aronije
2 mjerice proteina neutralnog okusa*
šaka višanja i/ili trešanja

*Ovdje je korištena mješavina veganskog proteina bez okusa, no možete koristiti i druge proteine okusa vanilije ili jagode.


Sve sastojke ubaciti u blender i miksati dok se ne postigne homogena smjesa. Smjesu prebaciti u zdjelice i konzumirati odmah (tekstura prikazana na posljednjoj slici) ili ostaviti u hladnjaku do serviranja (tijekom hlađenja će mousse poprimiti onu pravu čvrstu mousse teksturu).

Protein Fruit Mousse

Delicious strawberry chokeberry protein fruit mousse with sweet and sour cherries that will provide a dose of protein and fiber. With no added gelatine, sugar, flavors, artificial colorings or gluten.

Recipe

serves 2

100 g frozen strawberries
1 sp psyllium
2 tsp linseed
1 tsp cinnamon
100 ml 100% aronia juice
2 scoops protein powder*
a handful of sweet cherries and/or sour cherries

*A blend of vegan unflavored protein is used here, but you can also use other vanilla or strawberry flavored protein powders.

Blend all of the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Transfer the mixture into bowls and eat immediately (the texture of unchilled mousse is shown in the last image) or leave it in the refrigerator until it is served (during cooling, the mousse will get that classic mousse texture).
