Recept za fine, slatke muffine s niskim udjelom ugljikohidrata toliko brz i jednostavan da stane u dvije rečenice. Tajni sastojak koji ih čini sočnim, kompaktnim i daje im svježinu je tikvica čiji okus nećete ni osjetiti, a sadrže i aktivne sastojke poput cimeta i đumbira koji imaju povoljan učinak na metabolizam.

Ovi su muffini bez šećera, glutena i orašastih plodova odličan izbor za zdrav doručak ili međuobrok kojeg lako možete ponijeti sa sobom.


Recept

za 12 osoba

4 jaja
150 g naribane tikvice
75 g kokosa
65 ml kokosovog ulja
1/2 čžl sode bikarbone
1 čžl mljevenog cimeta
korica i sok pola limuna
1 cm đumbira, naribanog
nekoliko kapi zaslađivača po želji
prstohvat sjemenki vanilije

 


U većoj zdjeli pomiješati sve sastojke, rasporediti smjesu u kalupe za muffine i peći u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 °C 20-ak minuta ili dok muffini ne dobiju zlaćanu boju. Nakon pečenja ostaviti da se malo ohladi, dekorirati i poslužiti.

LCHF Muffins

A recipe deliciously sweet low carb muffins so fast and easy it fits in just two sentences. The secret ingredient that makes them soft, compact and fresh is zucchini (which you can't even taste), and there are a few other active ingredients such as cinnamon and ginger which have a beneficial effect on metabolism.

These muffins without sugar, gluten and nuts are an excellent choice for a healthy breakfast or snack you can easily grab on the go.

Recipe

serves 12

4 eggs
150 g grated zucchini
75 g dessicated coconut
65 ml coconut oil
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
peel and juice of half a lemon
1 cm ginger root, grated
several drops of sweetener of choice
a pinch of vanilla seeds


In a larger bowl mix all of the ingredients, divide the mixture between the muffin molds and bake in on oven preheated to 180 °C for about 20 minutes or until the muffins do get turn golden. After baking, allow to cool slightly, decorate as desired and serve.
