Jednostavni recept za popularni Banana Bread bez orašastih plodova, glutena i dodanih šećera. Sočan, bananast i čokoladan - što više možete poželjeti?

2 veće zrele banane
4 jaja
2 žl rastopljenog kokosovog ulja
100 g kokosa
30 g mljevenog rogača
1 žl kakaa
2 žl psylliuma
1 čžl praška za pecivo
1 čžl cimeta
U većoj zdjeli zdrobiti banane vilicom dok se ne postigne glatka smjesa, a zatim dodati sve ostale sastojke i dobro promiješati.
Sve prebaciti u kalup za pečenje i peći oko 35 minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 °C.Gotov kruh izvaditi iz kalupa i ostaviti da se malo ohladi na rešetci. Poslužiti uz neki fini topli napitak.

Chocolate Banana Bread
A simple recipe for popular Banana Bread without nuts, gluten or added sugars. Moist, and of intense banana and chocolate flavor.
Recipe
yields 16 servings
2 large ripe bananas
4 eggs
2 tbsp molten coconut oil
100 g dessicated coconut
30 g ground carob
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp psyllium husks
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
In a larger bowl, mash the banana with a fork until smooth then add all the other ingredients and stir well.
Transfer into a baking mold and bake for about 35 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 °C. Remove the bread from the mold and leave to cool slightly on the grid. Serve with a fine hot beverage.
