Mousse od avokada, kremast i prozračan, baš kao pravi. Za ovaj su niskokalorični bezgrešni mousse potrebna samo 4 sastojka i svega nekoliko minuta, a varijacije na temu su beskrajne.
Recept
za 2 osobe
1 veći avokado
sok 1/2 limuna
kakao nibs
ekstrakt vanilije
sladilo (po želji)
Meso avokada nasjeckati i staviti u mikser zajedno sa limunovim sokom, nekoliko kapi ekstrakta vanilije i sladila ako ga koristite. Izmiksati u kremu, servirati u zdjelice i ukrasiti kakao nibsom. Jednostavno, zar ne?

Avocado Mousse
Creamy, fluffy and fatty, just like a mousse should be. This low calorie guilt free dessert requires only 4 ingredients and just a few minutes to make.
Recipe
serves 2
1 large avocado
juice of 1/2 lemon
cacao nibs
vanilla extract
sweetener (optional)
Dice the avocado meat, add it to a blender along with lemon juice, vanilla extract and sweetener (if you choose to use it) and blend until creamy. Transfer into bowls and decorate with cacao nibs. How easy was that, huh?
