Forest Fruit Protein Mugcake = Proteinski kolač u šalici sa šumskim voćem

Ovaj kolač s najslasnijim šumskim plodovima: borovnicama, jagodama, ribizom i lješnjacima, sadrži dobru dozu proteina od 43 grama po serviranju, a u samo 5 minuta, koliko vam je dovoljno da ga pripremite, cijelu će kuću ispuniti neodoljivim mirisom prženih lješnjaka i slatkih bobica.
Ne sadrži šećer, gluten, mliječne proizvode i umjetne arome.
Recept
za 1 osobu
1 mjerica proteina okusa čokolade*
1 jaje
1/2 čžl praška za pecivo
1 čžl psylliuma
1/2 žl kokosovog brašna
1 žl mljevenih lješnjaka
1 žl kokosovog ulja
1 žl kakaa
1 žl vode
1 žl vode
50 g šumskog voća
stevija ili drugo sladilo po želji

Staviti u mikrovalnu podešenu na najjaču snagu, na 2 minute, a zatim izvaditi i ostaviti da se ohladi. Ohlađen kolač preliti čokoladnim preljevom od kakaa, kokosovog ulja i sladila po želji. Ukrasiti ostatkom voća i servirati.

Forest Fruit Protein Mugcake
Containing the tastiest fruit of the forest: blueberries, strawberries, currant and hazelnuts, this cake offers a good amount of protein (43 g per serving) and will fill your home with irresistible aroma of roasted nuts and sweet berries within 5 minutes it takes to make it.
This mugcake is free of sugar, gluten, dairy and artificial flavors.

Recipe
serves 1
1 scoop vegan chocolate protein*
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp psyllium husk
1/2 tsp desicated coconut
1 sp ground hazelnuts
1 sp coconut oil, melted
1 sp cacao powder
1 sp water
50 g forest fruit
stevia or other sweetener of choice
*I used my own vegan protein blend (see how to make it here).
In a microwave safe mug or bowl mix egg and water. Add protein powder, baking powder, psyllium, coconut and ground hazelnuts and mix until combined. Mix in half of the amount of fruit and microwave on highest setting for 2 minutes, then leave to cool.
When cooled, cover with a mixture of coconut oil, cacao powder and sweetener. Decorate with rest of the fruit and serve.
